High-risk sex offender living in Vancouver, police warn

The Vancouver Police Department (VPD) is alerting the public that 53-year-old Kelly Isbister, a high-risk sex offender, has been released from custody and will be residing in Vancouver.
Isbister recently completed an 18-month sentence for:
One count of possession of child pornography
One count of breach of recognizance
According to police, “compelling reasons exist to warn the public that he poses a high risk to children and youth – predominantly boys – in the community.”
He is described as:
6 feet 4 inches tall
Approximately 200 pounds
Brown hair and brown eyes
Isbister is bound by strict court-imposed conditions, including:
Must report to a bail supervisor
Must wear electronic monitoring equipment
Must remain in British Columbia unless granted permission to leave
Must not have contact, directly or indirectly, with any victims or their family members
Must not be in places where children under 18 are commonly present, such as:
Parks
Playgrounds
Swimming areas
Daycares
Community centres
Theatres
Must not have contact with or be in the presence of anyone under 18
Must not be intoxicated in public
